Beach areas are open year-around from 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.

One of the primary attractions at Guernsey State Park is the boating and water recreation opportunities. Boating enthusiasts may enjoy the 2,400 acres of Guernsey Reservoir. Additional information on boat ramp levels located HERE.
Boating is permitted as water elevation levels allow access to the reservoir.

Guernsey State Park has 3 boak ramp launching areas around the park. Each boat launching ramp area has at least 1 floating dock adjacent to the ramp. Additional information on boat ramp levels located HERE.
Boat ramps are available as water levels allow, generally March - September.

Guernsey State Park has 4 yurts that overlook the reservoir that can be reserved. The yurts provide a unique overnight experience for those looking for something a little different than a the usual tent or an RV camping experience.
The yurts are located on the west side of the park off of the “Castle” road.
