Annual Permits for Day Use & Camping
Purchase online at RESERVE.WYOMING.GOV, by phone at 877-WYO-PARK, or visit a statewide selling agent. Proof of residency required (i.e. vehicle registration or driver license). To purchase additonal vehicle permits at the discounted rate, you must show proof of original permits purchased and vehicle registration. More info is provided below.
What are Annual Passes?
Annual passes are stickers that are affixed to a vehicle windshield for discounts. Day use and camping fees are required at most state parks and historic sites. Frequent visitors often purchase annual passes. Annual day use passes cover all day use fees for one vehicle for the calendar year. Annual camping passes cover all camping fees for one vehicle for the calendar year. A camping pass does not cover day use fees. To cover both fees, customers should purchase both passes.
Note: Annual camping passes are only available to Wyoming residents.
Additional Vehicles - Discounted Permits
Customers who have purchased annual permits for a vehicle at the regular or early bird price may purchase permits for additional vehicles registered to their same name or address at 50% off (of the normal price). Unless purchased at the same time as your original permits, additional vehicle stickers can only be purchased through parks/selling agents or by calling 877-WYO-PARK. To purchase at a park or selling agent, customers must provide proof of original permit purchase and vehicle registration for additional vehicles.
How to Purchase
- By phone at 877-WYO-PARK
- Online* at RESERVE.WYOMING.GOV
*Note that additional vehicle permits can only be purchased online if full-price permits are purchased in the same transaction. All those permits will be associated with the account they are purchased under.
- In-person at a park or statewide selling agent. For a list of sales locations, please check the bottom of this page. Customers must bring proof of original sale and registrations for the additional vehicles.
How to Use Annual Passes
If purchased online or through the call center, customers can start using their passes for discounts on reservations right away. They can also print off their confirmation letter and use it for park/historic site entrance until they receive their stickers. Pass orders generally arrive in ~10 business days.
