A program all about rocks takes place at Sinks Canyon State Park, June 19, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Sawmill Campground picnic Shelter. Enjoy a night filled with awesome rocks while learning about the processes that make rocks and where to find them in the canyon. Participants will also have the opportunity to dig for different rocks in the sand and even break open a geode. This event, titled Rock On, accommodates a maximum of 25 people and participants must call ahead to register. Please call 307-332-3077 to register and for more information.
