Group Picnic Shelters - MEDICINE LODGE
About:
Medicine Lodge State Park offers 1 group area that is available for group camping and events by reservation. Located within the park are several other day-use picnic areas.

***Group Shelter Reservations will open on January 10 of the same year.***
Go online to reserve.wyoming.gov or phone the call center at 877-996-7275 to make your reservation.
The group area is very popular and will fill up fast.
Tips to save time for online reservations:
- Create an account (if you haven't already) before January 10.
- Familiarize yourself with the reservation website before reservation day.
- Log into your account before selecting desired dates.
The Group Site will not show any availability before January 10 at 8am.

Fees- There are no day-use fees for picnic areas, however, the group camping and shelter area requires a reservation.
- Camping fees are required after 10pm every night for each vehicle.
- The reservation fee on this area is $75.00 per 24-hour period.
- Medicine Lodge accepts reservations on the first business day of the new year annually.

Medicine Lodge State Archaeological Site is open year round with well maintained access to the park no matter the conditions. Seasonal Water Closure - October through April (sometimes mid-May) Water will only be available at one hydrant that is located next to the Site Cabin.
