Location- Anywhere along the Bear River within the park boundaries.
- If outside park boundaries, please be sure to check for private property and get permission from the landowner before proceeding to avoid trespassing.

Attention: Park Restrooms and Water will be turned off after October 16 The Bison Shelter Restrooms and Visitor Center Restrooms will remain open year-round.
Shelters are reservable through October 15.
Dump stations will remain available until temperatures are below freezing (typically around November).
Bear River Public Forum The Wyoming Department of State Parks and Cultural Resources will be hosting a public forum on September 28, 2026 in Evanston, Wyoming to update the public and gather feedback on a proposed visitor center at Bear River State Park. |
