Who doesn’t enjoy flying a kite?

            Join the Fort Fetterman State Historic Site and State Parka staff for a day of kite flying, July 19, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

            Kites will be available to decorate and fly courtesy of Fort Fetterman State Historic Site. A limited supply of kites will be available and provided first-come, first-serve, so get there early. Also, kites will be available for purchase in the gift shop. Participants are also encouraged to bring their own kites if available.

            Participants should expect a sunny, hot and windy day and encouraged to bring sunscreen, water and a hat.
