Rising water from the Tongue River in northern Wyoming has flooded the Connor Battlefield Campground in   Ranchester resulting in the facility’s closure until further notice.

 Due to the potential for increased flooding in the area, a timetable as to when the site may reopen has not been determined.

 No other Wyoming State Park or Historic Site is currently experiencing flooding at this time.
