Keyhole State Park is located on the western edge of the famed Black Hills, between Sundance and Moorcroft, and is easily accessed off I-90 at exit 165. The Keyhole Dam, an earthfill structure, was completed by the Bureau of Reclamation in 1952. Within site of Devils Tower, Keyhole State Park is a mecca for both resident and migrating birds of all species, and offers excellent fishing for walleye, catfish, smallmouth bass, and northern pike.
