Snowmobiling from Medicine Lodge to the surrounding areas can be amazing. Groomed trails are within 16 rideable miles and ungroomed trails adjoin the park.

No day use fee for using the park as a staging area, only camping fee for overnight use. Current Wyoming snowmobile permits are required.
