Searching for a nice place to have a picnic in Boysen State Park?
We offer several designated picnic areas. All available campsites can be used for picnicking too.
You can find picnic tables and shelters at the swim beach, by the dam, and scattered around the park.
Remember to clean up after yourself and take your trash with you. If you're planning a gathering with a large group, we recommend reserving one of our group shelters.
