Geocaching is allowed and officially recognized at Boysen State Park in Wyoming.
You'll discover established waypoints and hidden caches scattered across the park, especially around the popular areas on the east side of the reservoir, including by the dam. You won't find any caches in campsites or park residential areas.
Before you set off, make sure to download offline maps of the park or the geocaching waypoints to your device, since cell service can be spotty in some sections of the park.
