Medicine Lodge offers multiple mountain bike trails, both maintained and unmaintained.

Year-round. With the introduction of Fat Tire bicycles, outdoor enthusiasts ride in all weather conditions.

No additional fees charged.

Medicine Lodge State Archaeological Site is open year round with well maintained access to the park no matter the conditions.

The 2023 Group Area reservations begin on January 3 at 7:30am. For more information, please call the park at 307.469.2234.

The park is open daily from 6:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m.
Park Headquarters Hours M-F: 7:30 a.m.- 4:00 p.m., also open most weekends during the busy season.
The interpretive cabins are closed seasonally from October 31 through April 30. Call ahead prior to your visit to arrange to have the cabins unlocked.
