About:

Keyhole State Park has two hiking trails. The Marina Trail is of concrete, and is an easy 1.5 miles long trek. The second trail is 2.8 miles long, and is a bit more challenging.

  • Both trails start at Park Headquarters.
  • The Marina Trail runs from headquarters to the Keyhole Marina.
  • The Cottonwood trail, starts at headquarters, and runs through the Homestead Campground to the Cottonwood Campground.

Trails are available year-round. However, snow may be a factor in availability.

COVID-19 Coronavirus
Important Information:

Camping in Wyoming State Parks now open to ALL visitors. Social distancing guidelines in place. 

 

  • Most boat docks at Keyhole State Park have been pulled for the winter season.  However, one boat dock will remain available to boaters until November 15, 2020
    • The available dock is located at the Coulter Bay ramp
    • If the weather turns bad, and it looks like the lake will freeze up, the Coulter Bay dock could be pulled earlier.
  • Shower house is now closed
  • Drinking water systems will be closed starting on October 1st
  • RV dump station will remain open until November 1st (weather permitting)

  • Our site is up and running year-round.
  • Our fee booths are open May thru October. When the booths are closed please use the fee canisters located at each entrance to pay fees.
  • Our office hours of operation are 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday.
