There are a total of 179 campsites/cabins, a majority of the sites are by reservation only May 1-September 30. Federal Bay (sites 1-4) and Hecla Point (sites 10-16) are first-come, first-serve. Click online HERE or by call the Call Center 1-877-996-7275.
October 1st through April 30th all sites are first come, first serve. No reservations can be made during that time. Water in the campgrounds is shut off for the winter on October 1st. The showers and flush toilets at the visitor center are still open.
