The public is invited to join the Wyoming State Parks Outdoor Recreation Office for a public conversation about outdoor recreation in the Bighorn Basin. We want to hear your interests, concerns, and ideas regarding outdoor recreation in your communities. This is an important conversation in the creation of a vision for local economies, wellness, family fun, and more. "We are excited to start working on various recommendations set forth in the Outdoor Recreation Task Force Report," said Domenic Bravo "we have already done some initial work to get this community collaborative in place including a survey of stakeholders, it is great to take this next step to keep the momentum going" There will be information on existing recreation opportunities followed by a community discussion. This introductory meeting will take place on Saturday, April 14, at the One Oak Activity Center in Worland beginning at 9 a.m. The One Oak Activity Center is located at 1115 Obie Sue Avenue in Worland, across the street from Sanders Park.
