Take a guided tour of Curt Gowdy State Park’s stunning trails while viewing a wide variety of wildflowers July 19, from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Join Dan Bach, one of Wyoming State Park’s trained botanists, as he guides guests along some of the trails around from the Aspen Grove Trailhead. Participants will learn about
identifying native and invasive plant species in the park, and will learn about what plants make Curt Gowdy’s ecosystems work! To participate in the hike, meet at the Aspen Grove Trailhead before 9:30 a.m.
Regular park day use fees apply for this program: if you have an annual day use permit, you are good to go! Participants are encouraged to bring hiking shoes, snacks, water, sunscreen and extra layers of clothing.
