Camping/Campsites For RVs - BOYSEN

About:

At Boysen State Park, we strive to cater to all types of campers to make sure they have the best experience possible. We have some sites that are friendly for big rigs, ADA accessible sites, shady spots, and pull-through sites.

The majority of our campsites will operate on a reservations-only basis from May 15 to September 15. For your convenience, reservations can be made either online at  https://reserve.wyoming.gov or via telephone at the Call Center at 1-877-996-7275 or Boysen State Park Headquarters  307-876-2796.

Each of our campsites is equipped with fire rings and picnic tables. Although they do not offer hookups, potable water is available at each campground unless stated otherwise. Additionally, dumpsters are conveniently located throughout the campgrounds.

Please be aware that to better serve those who are simply passing through, we provide a limited number of No Reservations Required or First Come First Serve Sites. To utilize these sites, you must pay at the fee stations or booths after confirming that they are unoccupied.

To help you pick the right campsite for you, check out the details below for our east side campgrounds:

Brannon Campground
* ADA Site 105
* Site 110 is 60 feet long, making it suitable for large rigs.

Lower Wind River
* ADA Site 37
* Sites 5, 6, 7, and 8 are back-in spaces that can fit larger rigs, with each site having a length of 75 feet.

Tamarask
* ADA Site 187
* Sites 196 and 197 are pull-through sites.
* Site 205 can accommodate larger rigs with a space of 40 feet.
* Sites 189 and 191 can fit rigs with site lengths of 50 feet each.

Tough Creek Campground
* ADA Sites include 290 and 236.
* This campground has the most sites between 50-80 feet long.  *There are multiple pull through sites including 278-289.

Upper Wind River Campground
* ADA Sites include 52, 69, and 87.
* Larger Rig Friendly Sites include 71 and 75

For our west side campgrounds, keep in mind that they can fit rigs up to 42 feet long, but the road leading to them is a blade gravel road, which might be tricky to navigate with a big camper.

All camping in our cold season- Sept. 16 to May 16 is first come, first serve.
