A series of Eclipse based programs beginning August 18 are featured at Guernsey State Park during the Great American Eclipse weekend.

All of the programs will take place at the Guensey State Park Museum.

In addition to the special programming, Guernsey State Park will prove to be a prime viewing area of the Eclipse since it is located in the “Area of Totality.” Also, Guernsey State Park is an area void of light noise enhancing the viewing of the Eclipse.

Visitors to Guernsey State Park are encouraged to come to the park early as the first-come, first-serve campgrounds will fill up quickly. Day Use areas will be available for Eclipse viewing.

Sierra Trading Post is the title sponsor of the Wyoming State Parks special Eclipse programming and will be handing out free eclipse glasses at event locations.
