The Trail End State Historic Site is located on a hill overlooking the town of Sheridan and the confluence of Big and Little Goose creeks. It has a spectacular view of the Bighorn Mountains and Sheridan’s eastern hills.

Trail End is located at 400 Clarendon Avenue in Sheridan. The overlook areas are on the east and south sides of the property.
