The Historic Governors’ Mansion offers an event space that can be rented for parties, bridal showers, baby showers, meetings and small weddings.

• ​When inquiring about carriage house rentals, various forms will need to be filled out and completed before reservations can be made. Payment is required the when paperwork is sent in.
• Maximum capacity is 24.
• Conference table will accommodate 12 individuals.​
• Please note that the Mansion building is not available to rent for any function

• Our event space is located in the Carriage house, which can be found at the back of the property.

Availability

• The Carriage house is available from 9:15am – 4:45pm; typically on the days the Mansion is open to the public.

Fees

• The fee for daily carriage house rentals starts at $50 per use.
• Any state agency may reserve the carriage house for free.
